Because of the instant nature of digital delivery and the inability to “return” a product once it has been accessed, our refund and return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and in alignment with the nature of our offerings.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, opened, or accessed in any way—whether partially or fully—it is considered delivered and used. Refunds cannot be issued under these circumstances. We strongly encourage all users to carefully review the product descriptions, previews (if available), and use cases before completing a purchase to ensure the selected guide fits their needs.

However, if you have made a purchase but have not yet accessed or downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. We consider a product “unaccessed” if no part of the file has been opened, viewed, saved, or otherwise interacted with via browser or download link. Once we confirm that the content remains untouched, we will process your refund in full to the original payment method. Please note that refund requests submitted after 7 days, even if the file remains unaccessed, will not be eligible for return.

In rare cases where technical issues prevent you from downloading or opening a file, and the problem cannot be resolved within 72 hours of reporting, we will issue a full refund regardless of the access status. This applies only if the issue lies on our platform or file integrity side and not due to local device or internet issues beyond our control.

Refunds are not provided for situations involving a change of mind, misunderstandings of the product’s purpose, or general dissatisfaction after usage. Our content is designed to be as clear and transparent as possible, and we rely on product pages to give you an accurate understanding of what you’re purchasing. For that reason, we recommend reviewing all available information before placing your order.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed. Once a refund has been issued, access to the digital product will be revoked immediately and permanently.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not align with the conditions above or that show signs of policy misuse. All refund decisions made under this policy are final.
